Return Policies

All cash sales must be returned before 90 days before the invoice date.
The manufacturer sets restock fees. Typically, a percent of the original price plus freight charges back to the manufacturer.
There is no timeline percentage loss based on the timeline of purchase. It's a flat rate percentage.
Any special order items deemed nonreturnable to the manufacturer are nonreturnable to any Adel Wholesalers, Inc. branch.
No returns on installed products.
Due to potential defects, there are no returns on items that require communication to tech support from the manufacturer before returning to any Adel Wholesalers, Inc. branch.
